The Chartrand Foundation approaches grantmaking with a healthy mix of flexibility and discipline. The trustees and staff are flexible enough to be receptive to a variety of ideas and projects. The Chartrand Foundation has been a champion and key partner for Teach For America in Jacksonville since we opened our region in 2008.
